Welcome to Anchara Method.

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of anchara.co.uk, our Runner Profile Assessment, coaching programmes, and all related services (“Services”).

By accessing our site or purchasing any Service, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

1. About Us

We provide online and in-person running coaching, yoga, breathwork, strength training, analysis services and related education.

2. Eligibility

You must be:

  • 18 or older
  • Legally able to agree to these Terms
  • In suitable physical condition to participate in training

If purchasing coaching for someone under 18, a parent/guardian must consent.

3. Our Services

Anchara Method offers:

  • The 16-Week Anchara Method transformation programme
  • Monthly online running coaching
  • Gait & movement analysis
  • Yoga, breathwork, mobility and strength sessions
  • Performance clinics, consultations and assessments
  • Digital resources and educational material

We may update, modify or discontinue Services when necessary.

4. Coaching Disclaimer (Important)

Anchara Method provides guidance, not medical advice.

All training, breathwork, yoga, strength and mobility programmes are educational in nature.

You acknowledge that:

  • Coaching is not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
  • You must consult a GP or medical professional before starting significant exercise.
  • You participate voluntarily and accept full responsibility for your health and safety.

If you experience pain, dizziness, or discomfort, you should stop immediately and seek medical advice.

5. Client Responsibilities

To benefit from the programme, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information about your health, fitness and training history.
  • Update us on injuries, health changes, or medical concerns.
  • Follow the training plan to the best of your ability.
  • Communicate openly regarding progress or issues.

Failure to disclose relevant information may limit our ability to coach safely.

6. Payments

All payments are processed securely via Stripe or other approved payment processors.

A. Monthly Coaching

  • Billed monthly on a recurring basis until cancelled.
  • Price shown on the website at time of purchase.

B. 16-Week Anchara Method

  • Paid upfront or via an approved payment plan.
  • Payment plans must be completed in full; they are not monthly memberships.

C. One-off Services

  • Paid at booking unless otherwise stated.

Non-payment may result in suspension of services.

7. Cancellations & Refunds

A. Monthly Coaching

  • You may cancel at any time.
  • Your access continues until the end of your current billing cycle.
  • No partial-month refunds are provided.

B. 16-Week Anchara Method

Due to the depth and digital nature of the programme:

  • Refunds are not typically offered once coaching has begun.
  • Exceptions may be considered at our discretion.

C. One-Off Sessions / Clinics

  • Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance.
  • Cancellations under 24 hours may be charged in full.

8. Digital Products & Assessments

All digital materials (programmes, PDFs, videos, assessments, analysis reports) remain the intellectual property of Anchara Method.

You may not:

  • Copy
  • Distribute
  • Modify
  • Share publicly
  • Use for commercial purposes

without written permission.

9. Use of Practice Better, Typeform, ActiveCampaign & Third-Party Tools

By purchasing or participating, you agree to the terms of any third-party platforms required to deliver the service, including:

  • Practice Better (programme delivery)
  • Typeform (assessments)
  • ActiveCampaign (client CRM and messaging)
  • Zoom (calls)
  • Garmin, Strava, Apple Health (training data integrations, if used)

We are not responsible for downtime or issues with third-party providers.

10. Data Protection & Privacy

We comply with the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018.

Our full Privacy Policy sets out:

  • What data we collect
  • How we use it
  • How long we store it
  • Your GDPR rights

By using our Services, you consent to our data practices.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on our website and in our programmes — including videos, text, branding, assessments, PDFs, names, training frameworks, “Reset → Rebuild → Refine → Rise” system, and digital assets — is owned by Anchara Method.

You may use the materials only for your personal training. You may not reproduce or share them.

12. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Anchara Method is not liable for injuries, health issues, or damages arising from participation in training or using our content.
  • Your use of our programmes is at your own risk.
  • You accept full responsibility for your physical condition and training decisions.

Nothing limits liability for:

  • Fraud
  • Death or injury caused by negligence

All content provided by Anchara Method is for general guidance only and is not medical advice. Always consult a medical professional before beginning any new exercise, training or breathwork programme. You are responsible for your own health and training decisions. Anchara Method is not liable for any injury or issues arising from the use of our website, content or coaching guidance.

13. Website Use

You agree not to:

  • Misuse the website
  • Attempt to access unauthorised areas
  • Upload harmful code or content
  • Use our material for commercial purposes

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms when necessary.

The latest version will always be posted on this page.

Continued use of our website or services means acceptance of any changes.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales.

Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of England & Wales.
