  • Questionnaire results (Typeform, Practice Better)

C. Technical & usage data

  • IP address

  • Interaction data (pages visited, clicks, time on site)
  • Cookies and tracking data (see Section 10)

  • Account creation within Practice Better or similar platforms

You can opt out of marketing at any time.

We rely on one or more of the following lawful bases:

  • Contract — processing necessary to provide coaching or respond to enquiries.

We only share your data with trusted processors essential for delivering our services, such as:

  • Practice Better (coaching platform & training delivery)
  • Stripe (payments)
  • ActiveCampaign (CRM, email automations)
  • Typeform (assessments & forms)
  • Google Workspace (email & storage)
  • Zoom (video coaching sessions)

These providers process data on our behalf and comply with GDPR requirements.

We never sell your data.

6. International Transfers

Some of our third-party providers may store data outside the UK or EU.
When this occurs, transfers are protected through:

  • Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs)
  • Adequacy decisions
  • Other recognised safeguards

We ensure all partners meet GDPR-level protection.

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary:

  • Coaching data: up to 6 years after your last interaction (for legal/financial compliance)
  • Email marketing data: until you unsubscribe
  • Assessment and enquiry data: 24 months
